My career started in the media agency world, where I spent several years in senior management and director-level roles. I was fortunate enough to work on a diverse range of projects, focusing on strategic planning, detailed research, customer profiling, and trading across both online and offline channels. The variety of work done in this space has give me an in-depth understanding of how brands connect with their audiences, and how to drive measurable results across multiple touchpoints.

After making the transition into recruitment, I was able to leverage the extensive industry network I had built over the years to develop a specialised media & commercial desk. Working with top-tier global media agencies, blue-chip media owners, and leading ad tech firms, I quickly realised that the key to success was understanding not just the skills and experience of candidates, but also their motivations, values, and career aspirations. This holistic approach to recruitment has allowed me to bridge the gap between top talent and forward-thinking companies.
